Well, shit. 5-6 days of effort, 2 this year with D&G as the primary goal of the day. Even the send burn felt hard and like I could drop the last couple of moves, especially with a punt going for the right hand "jug" the go before. I like the progression -- tic-tack moves on small holds to a solid crux mid roof to the best hold, a mini rest, then 3 serious tension moves to the lip. My hardest to date (even if the grade doesn't match)? Perfect conditions, well rested, good skin and still a fight! Will be very curious to see the consensus on this, although I suspect upper end 11? Certainly not a 9. Harder than Spinal although near identical number of hand movements. Likely the 2nd ... My 600th logged ascent!
