Eliminate dyno. Start left hand on the under hold about 100cm from the ground on and right hand on lower under hold on the right. Dyno to the bulge above and top out as "its important to be nice".

Sit start from jug. First right hand move to an ok hold, then several bad holds for left hand. Harder for shorter.
