Directly under the restaurant. Unfortunately no topo picture yet, but it is relatively easy to find: Walking away from the the city from Rare events, directly under the restaurant is a big block with a spotlight pointed at it. Sit start on the left side of the overhang, up via decent holds - perhaps the most obvious line of the block.
