Low start (aka crouching start) = 7c+. True sitstart (ass on ground) from these holds is impossible unless you're +1.95m. If sitting on two Mondos, then probably 8a (pulling up and placing the heelhook). FA beta was possibly dyno without heelhook anyways. Joint Adventure for sure 8a+.
