Nice small arete! Now clue about the difficulty, took 5 minutes, might have found some better beta, but felt like being in the 7C range.
Edit: Climbed it as ”Pylväspyhimys” because did not notice the slouper behind the arete. The difficulty felt similar. In any case I would say that there is only one route…
