2 move Problem. Vom Start im Dach (Heel-hook links, Crimp links, 2 Finger-pocket rechts) kann man mit linker oder rechter Hand zuerst weiterziehen (in gute pockets). Auflösen braucht gut Core-Spannung. Zum Riss ists dann easy. Die Henkel (z.B. links) sollte man meiner Meinung nach auslassen.
Project: Variation vom selben Start gekreuzt mit linker Hand ins rechte Pocket, dann mit rechter Hand auf gleicher Höhe ca. 70cm nach rechts zu 2 finger pocket. Dann weiter diagonal nach rechts oben mit Ausstieg.
