recency bias might be at play here but i think that this is in the top 3 best blocs in the valley; the line is very clean and immediately obvious, the starting holds are just where you would want them, the topout is at the apex of the bloc, the face is very pretty and the scenary just in front of it doesn't disappoint either. The rock is absolutely bulletproof and has just enough holds to climb the face but no more. The variety of movements is also impressive for such a short bit of climbing: a deep, crucial dropknee, two blind foot moves, a palm-press-pinch, a hand-foot match, a hard and technical rockover and a no hand bit with a small but committing dyno just to top it all off.
If the essence of bouldering is doing fun, interesting, original, challenging moves in beautiful places, then this is the representation of that.
