Establish with a right foot on the large flat slab, palm press left hand on flat hold, right hand palm press down on the rock. Right hand far up to a shouldery crimp, left foot far out left to a sketchy foothold. Move left hand to a good hold on the arrete, move right hand back down to the palm press, stand up and get the right foot on the flat left hand start hold, and right hand to the top of the wall. Easy topout.
