No special access issues
The easiest approach is to head to Kaywon School of Art and Design and the small park east of this at the junction of Galmi-ro and Gyewondaehak-ro. Once at the park, follow the small concrete access road on its western side until the road ends at a small exercise park (less than 10 mins walk). On the left of the roadhead, opposite a gate, a small track leads up the hill a short way to join a hiking trail. Turn right and follow this trail up the hill, staying right when the trail splits. Continue up some stairs until you reach an obvious fallen tree on the right side, with a small dirt track leading across the hillside behind the tree. Follow this trail across the hillside for a few minutes as it leads you up and around a fenced off area. The blocs are located on the far side of the fenced off area, with the Dab Boulder located slightly lower down the hill, just after the trail takes you through a small cluster of blocs, and the Crong Bloc etc. situated a few minutes further along the trail.
