Bazaltove

Bouldering area, which is located on an abandoned basalt quarry near the village of Bazaltove, in the Rivne region.
Located in open access, you can pitch tents next to the sectors. There is no store nearby, so you should stock up on food in advance.
The routes are quite specific, mainly growth and coordination.
Seasonality: very good to climb in dry winter weather, spring, and autumn. It is also possible in the summer, but taking into account that the rocks are on the sunny side, it will be a little more difficult.

A group of rock climbers from the city of Rivne has long been known for this area. It was considered unsuitable for climbing for a long time, but still, good lines were found. Starting in 2022, lines were created. Although the district is not promising in terms of a large number of lines, they are pretty interesting.
