  • Stand start with left hand on jug side pull and Right hand on good edge at the same height.
  • Sit start on sloper rail with your right hand and your left up on a small vertical crack you use as a pinch and go right to the big side pull. Match and work straight up on slopers and crimps.
  • Squat start with left hand on small crimp rail at about 3ish feet up and right hand on dish pinch thats at around 4 feet off the ground. Work straight up.
