The crag consists of three little sectors situated within a couple of minutes walk from each other: Cocina Caliente, Bedees and Los Perros. Ease of access and friendly character make this a good choice for a quick hit or as an introduction to the crags hereabouts.
Cocina Caliente the "Hot kitchen" is excellent little venue that is quick to get to and have a good selection of easy /mid-grade climbs. The Fine buttress of easily accessible climbs featuring strong lines and varied moves.
Bedees, the sector behind Cocina Caliente has originally had some routes bolted long ago, but has been bolted with completely new routes in 2018. Bedees has the hardest routes of the crag, a couple of 7a:s and 6c:s, all technical slabs.
Los Perros is a new mini-sector bolted in May 2021. 5 new routes dedicated to the dogs of The Olive Branch B&B 🐕. The sector is close to the right side of Los Olivitos and has one tree for shade. We want to thank everyone in The Olive Branch for their donations to El Chorro Bolting which has made the purchase of bolting material possible.
☀️ All the sectors face south and catch little in a way of a breeze - it can therefore be hot. There is no possibilty of climbing in the rain.
