Cotton Bottom is an easy-access roadside area with over 50 problems. While they sit along the bank of the New River, water never covers these boulders. The Slitty Titty Boulder has a great collection of moderates that should not be missed (especially its namesake line). Other highlights include "Mines of Moria" V4 with fantastic movement, the "Batcave Traverse" V8 with flow and pump, and "Megamite" V11 with upside-down trickery.
