Quite a fun smaller crag cosy located in the forest at Flaten's nature reserve. This crag offers a couple of nice bolted routes that are around nine to thirteen meters high, in grades that suit many. Most of the routes are quite well-bolted and equipped with anchors. Varied and fun climbing with overhang, roofs and cracks, well worth a visit. Here are also two or three pretty nice cracks that are naturally protected which should work well for beginners.
Quite an ok rock quality, but the steeper middle section is more broken and loose.
The crag is facing west-southwest and some leafy trees are shading the wall. However, this is a very good crag in spring before the leaves strike out making the entire wall open for the sun. This crag is also well protected from the wind. The more popular routes are generally quite clean from moss, but the routes far to the right might be a bit mossy, especially at the top. Might be a good idea to bring a brush if you want to climb those routes. Edit: The topo images showing the right part of the main wall are a bit older than the newly bolted routes which makes the routes look more overgrown than they are.
There is also a little wall with 4 routes some 60 meters south along the path. Steep routes with big holds. Quite fun but needs some brushing at the top. About nine meters high. Some of them are worth a star. Got anchors in 2013.
