Wide range of grades and styles. The area is barely established so if your looking to tick off some first ascents then this is the place. Don’t forget to bring your best brush as most boulders are overgrown. There is plenty of rock in the area, I have tried to map out the most fun looking boulders but there is more to discover. Most of the boulders are in the shadow after lunch time.
Lines named as ”project” have not yet been opened and are free to be projected. Grades on these lines should only be seen as indications until first FA has been done. If you want to claim an FA, post the name of the line and grade as an comment and we’ll adjust it accordingly.
The area is located about 15 min from Örnsköldsvik city center. Drive towards Bäck and about 3km from where the gravel road starts is about as close you you’ll get with car, there is no designated parking but it should be fine to park along the road. From there is about 15 min by foot to the closest boulder. Use the GPS trails and go either left or right of the clear-felled area (kalhygget). The left GPS trail (seen from the road) is an actual trail but the right one could be a quicker option depending on which boulder you're aiming for.
