⛰️The Falesia del Pilone in situated along the road just outside the village of Canosio, stands out due to its unique configuration. The rocky wall is primarily divided into two well-defined sections.
The right side of the wall offers a series of routes divided into multiple pitches, ideal especially for those approaching the world of climbing. These routes are characterized by an overall manageable difficulty level, making them suitable for beginners as well.
On the other side, the left section features single-pitch routes that provide a truly unique climbing experience. The routes proposed in this portion of the cliff are very beautiful and never exceed the sixth grade of difficulty, offering challenges that are accessible even to less experienced climbers.
While the Falesia del Pilone doesn't feature particularly high difficulty grades, it's the surrounding panorama that makes this experience truly special. The atmosphere enveloping the cliff, along with the view of the surroundings, adds an extra dimension to the climbing activity.
Also worth noting is the remarkable convenience of this location. The cliff is easily accessible due to its proximity to the main road, and the presence of adjacent ponds offers the delightful opportunity to take a refreshing swim after the physical activity. ⛰️La Falesia del Pilone, situata lungo la strada appena al di fuori dell'abitato di Canosio, si distingue per la sua particolare configurazione. La parete rocciosa si presenta suddivisa principalmente in due sezioni ben differenziate.
La parte destra della parete offre una serie di vie divise in più tiri, ideali soprattutto per chi si sta avvicinando al mondo dell'arrampicata. Queste vie si caratterizzano per un'andatura complessivamente agevole, rendendole adatte anche ai principianti.
Dall'altro lato, la sezione sinistra accoglie monotiri che regalano un'esperienza arrampicatoria unica. Le vie proposte in questa porzione della falesia sono molto belle e non superano mai il sesto grado di difficoltà, offrendo quindi sfide accessibili anche ai meno esperti.
Sebbene la Falesia del Pilone non presenti gradi di difficoltà particolarmente elevati, è il panorama circostante a rendere questa esperienza davvero speciale. L'atmosfera che avvolge la falesia, con la vista dei dintorni, aggiunge un valore aggiunto all'attività dell'arrampicata.

⌛In May 2017, the bolting works for the Falesia del Pilone were initiated by Audero Paolo, Clareli Pino, and Bottero Adriana. In the subsequent years, these dedicated climbers devoted their time and energy to expand and improve this climbing spot.
With consistent effort, three new routes were added to the left section of the cliff, further enhancing the range of climbing routes available. These new routes have become an integral part of the climbing experience at the Falesia del Pilone, offering climbers even more options and challenges to explore.
The commitment and dedication of Audero Paolo, Clareli Pino, and Bottero Adriana have helped make this cliff an increasingly inviting destination for climbing enthusiasts, ensuring that it continues to evolve and welcome anyone eager to engage in this captivating sport.

⌛Nel maggio del 2017 sono iniziati i lavori per la chiodatura della Falesia del Pilone da parte di Audero Paolo, Clareli Pino e Bottero Adriana. Nel corso degli anni successivi, questi appassionati scalatori hanno dedicato tempo ed energia per espandere e migliorare questa falesia.
Con impegno costante, sono stati aggiunti tre nuovi tiri nella sezione sinistra della falesia, arricchendo così ulteriormente l'offerta di percorsi di arrampicata disponibili. Questi nuovi tiri sono diventati una parte integrante dell'esperienza di arrampicata presso la Falesia del Pilone, offrendo agli arrampicatori ancora più opzioni e sfide da esplorare.
