Galerie is a very popular crag, ideal for the colder days. It gets quite warm in the sun here and the approaches are rather short. The crag sits beautifully above Walensee, so in addition great views are to be seen! New routes are still being put up.

The broad selection of grades offers climbing to the beginner as well the more advanced climber. For hard routes on really good quality limestone, go the left end of the Wald sector. At Wald unten and on the right hand side of Wald, a selection of easier climbs is found. The sectors in the forest (Wald, Wald unten) are also good for slightly warmer days, as there is some shade.

Sectors Ikarus, Matrosen and Gorubi are the sunniest sectors. They offer routes of all grades, mostly rather technical and crimpy climbing.
