Due to south-west facing exposed orientation you can climb all year round. Best Season is Autumn and Spring. Due to the close street you better avoid good weather weekends otherwise you could develop an antipathy to motorcyclists. At least the river can predominate the noise after rain periods.

The crag is not rain proof but it'll dry quite fast.

There's a big variety of climbing in more or less good quality rock on mostly vertical or slightly overhanging walls.

Flat base and a short access make the crag suitable for kids. But aware of falling rocks.

Accommodation, shopping facilities and Restaurants are located in "Streitberg" and "Muggendorf" Next biger Town is "Ebermannstadt" or "Gößweinstein", where you find anything you need for shopping. Nice swimming - pool is in "Streitberg" or "Gößweinstein".
