Harveys Marbles is a nice bouldering location about 40 mins inland from townsville, in the Harveys Range area. Drive out of townsville on Harveys Range Rd, turn left at the intersection where the Teahouses are. continue down this road till it ends. park here, walk over the left burm to find the trails to the bouldering locations. Rock is slabby granite in most places.
