No special access issues
🚘 "Hundshyltan - Kvällspasset" is a 30 minutes drive south west of Kalmar via Påryd (37 km from Kalmar, 7 km from Påryd). From Kalmar take E22 south west in the direction of Malmö/Karlskrona. After about 11 km take the exit towards Påryd/Tvärskog, take the third exit in the roundabout towards Påryd and follow road 520 until you reach Påryd.
In Påryd take a left turn towards Gullabo. Continue towards Gullabo for 7 km. After Hyndshyltan and driving past a clear-cut on both sides there is a forest road on the right hand side just before the forest starts again. 🅿️ You can either park here or turn to the road and after 170 meters there is a gravel pit on the right hand side where it is suitable to park.
From the parking by the road:
🚶 Walk back along Gullabovägen to reach "Vägnära". "Svastenarna" is 60 meters north of "Vägnära".
From the gravel pit parking:
🚶 To reach "Vägnära" walk east 160 meters over the clear cut towards the road.
🚶 "Svastenarna" is 160 north-east from the parking.
🚶 "Skogskanten" can be seen in the opposite direction to the west. Boulders are on a clear cut close to the forest edge. Walk over the clear cut or follow the road around the clear cut and park closer.

• Follow "Allemansrätten".
• Be very careful to not hurt tree plants or other sensitive vegetation.
• Drive carefully and park where you don't block access for other vehicles.
• Do not litter.
• Keep a low profile.
• Remove tick marks and excessive chalk on holds.
• Be observant of any hunting in the area. If there is hunting going on then do not climb. Avoid the area during the first week(s) of elk hunting season which starts October 8.
