Description
One of the newer crags in Istria, it is the work of local climbers from Buzet. The vicinity of the road and the predominance of easier routes make this crag interesting for beginners and recreational climbers. You will find mostly low-angle slabs, but there are areas that are suitable for equipping harder routes. Routes are very well equipped and you need 10-12 quickdraws.
Climbing is possible all year except summer. But even then right part of Botanicus sector is in shade until 14 h.
Note: Even though the routes are easy, we do not recommend bringing small children with you due to the steep base and vicinity of the road.
