We like Lakit
Melissa Makepeace
Lakit is a small sport crag, on the equally small, spring-fed Lakit Lake. Lakit boasts over 50 of the pumpiest climbs in the East Kootenays of British Columbia. The beautiful white quartzite walls are most often described as "hard climbing" by locals and often stay dry in all but horizontal rain. With only 3 climbs graded under 5.10b, Lakit is not for the beginner.
