No special access issues
From Como follow the SS340 to the town of Gravedona, from Milan follow for Sondrio, once in Colico follow the SS340 for Menaggio, once in Gravedona continue to the town of Livo, from there follow signs for Crotto Dangri. In Livo you will find yourself at a crossroads, on the left you will find the machine to pay the toll of €3 for the dirt road (it is located next to a post office ATM). From there follow again the signs for Crotto Dangri, after 3km up the narrow dirt road with unprotected roadsides, you will arrive to a parking lot, from there in a few minutes you will be at the boulders .
