Maximilianswand and Krottenseer Turm, which are combined in this topo, are nice and popular crags offering a good concentration of sport and trad routes in a small area. The big blocks are scattered in the forest and they're all within a few minutes of walk from each other.
🧗♂️ The hight of the routes varies between 10-20m and the style is mainly crimpy and powerful. There's routes which are well bolted, but there's also routes with only few bolts or which are only partially bolted. So have a look on the route before climbing to avoid surprises.
🌤 As the routes are on various blocks, their orientation varies but most of the routes are somewhat shaded by the trees.
👶🏼The crags are very close to the parking and the area is suitable for kids.
Besides sport and trad routes, there's also boulder problems in the area.
