Palestra dei Bindesi is located next to the Pino Prati ai Bindesi refuge, just above Villazzano.
It’s an historic climbing area with an easy access and many easy routes. We are talking about 30 lines ranging from 3 to 6c, suiting best the beginners. Many climbing courses are held here.
Lines are spreaded on huge boulders that have different sun exposures. You can warm up in the sun or find refuge in the shade by just moving around few meters.
Due to the sector age and frequentation, some routes are a bit polished. Protections are very good indeed, since the whole area has been rebolted quite recently.
Access is short, since the boulders are just next to the car park.
Palestra dei Bindesi turns out to be a very good climbing destinations for beginners and family. A great landscape is enjoyable from here and at the end of the climbing day it is possible to rest by the refuge.

La Palestra dei Bindesi si trova vicino al rifugio Pino Prati ai Bindesi, appena sopra Villazzano. Questa storica area di arrampicata offre un facile accesso e numerose vie adatte ai principianti, con circa 30 linee di difficoltà compresa tra il 3 e il 6c. È una meta popolare per i corsi di arrampicata e ideale per chi si avvicina a questo sport.
Le vie si sviluppano su grandi massi con diverse esposizioni al sole. I climber possono riscaldarsi al sole o trovare refrigerio all’ombra semplicemente spostandosi di pochi metri. L’arrampicata ai Bindesi è divertente durante tutto l’anno. A causa dell'età e della frequentazione del settore, alcune vie risultano un po' unte, ma le protezioni sono ottime, poiché tutta l’area è stata riattrezzata di recente.
L’accesso è molto breve, con i massi situati proprio accanto al parcheggio.
La Palestra dei Bindesi è una destinazione perfetta per principianti e famiglie. Offre splendidi panorami e la possibilità di rilassarsi al rifugio alla fine della giornata di arrampicata.
