Around Påryd there are a collection of boulder areas easy reachable by car, each one less than 5 minutes drive from the center, and a quick walk. It's easy to "pick and mix" interesting problems.
The boulders are granite and provides lots of crimps and slopers. Height of the boulders are normally around ~4m but there is also a few higher ones such as "Ägget". The landings are generally good and it's easy to spot the climber. The best season is Mars to early June.
Some recommended sectors are "Elljusspåret" where the boulders around the exercise track are very easy to access and provides a variety of nice problems in most grades, the sector "Dolby Digital" which has some good problems 7A and above and "Hippiestenen" which is a single boulder with a variety of problems in the grades 5 to 7B.

For anyone searching for hard projects there are some left to send at for example "Dolby Digital", "40°", a thin crack on "Ägget" and a hard arête on Jakobstenen to name a few. There are also some yet to be developed boulders in the area.
🍴🥪🍕 If you need food or gas, you can find an "ICA Nära" convenience store, a café, a pizzeria and a gas station in Påryd.
There are many crags close to Påryd so don't forget to also check those out for interesting and nice boulders!
