No special access issues
🚗 Arrival:
Arriving from val di sole, reach Pejo and then take the signs for Pejo Fonti and get to the Terme Pejo Fonti 3000 (ski facility).
Continue on the main road (Pejo / Località Fontanino Pian Palù) and reach the hairpin bend after 270 meters. Here you have to leave the main road, keep to the left and head to Pian Palù.
Just drive for 3 km to reach the boulder area. You will find car parks on the road sides, by a big lawn and a picnic area.
!!! IMPORTANT NOTE !!!
During the Summer (June to September) the road towards Pian Palù has a limited access.
Starting from about 7.30 the road is tolled and after about 9.45 it is closed. When the road is closed there is a shuttle bus service that allows you to load crash pads on board. After about 17.00 the road is opened again. Times may change slightly over the years.
🚶♂️ Boulder area:
Boulders are scattered on the sides of the picnic area and on the landslide residues. We reported the trails that quickly lead to the 3 main areas, very close to each other.
