The conglomerate character of the rock with many sharp holes and small pebbles makes Prečín climbing very different from the traditional one in the Manín Strait.
There are more than 100 routes and among them there are both easier and harder ones. You can also find boulders here, some of which are marked in the guidebook, but not all. The access is comfortable, relatively easy, even with children. The rock towers are in the forest, but the sun shines through to most sectors, although there are a few walls in complete shade.
After heavy rains, it is necessary to wait at least 1-2 days until the rocks have completely dried out, otherwise they may crumble.
The cliffs can be seen from the road from Prečín to Domaniža, the dominant feature is the front rock tower called Ihla, on top of which is a white cross.
Sector NEPRÁNKA: A small rock tower on the right side of the road from Prečín to Domaniža. Local residents also call it a “dummy". The crag is in the forest, the climbing is in the shade.
