No special access issues
🚗 Arrival:
Coming from Finalborgo, SP17 route heading to Calice Ligure. 1.8 km after the roundabout close to Finalborgo there is the road going to the South car parks (same as Monte Sordo). Continue driving for other 1.3 km finding a road on the right side with indications to “Palestra di roccia Rocca di Perti”. Follow this road for 500 meters to reach our suggested car park. Go left at the hairpin bend and reach the next one to find the last car park (road conditions are bad here, no large cars).
🚶♂️ Sectors:
Now we are describing the sector accesses, grouping them into macro areas that we called with letters for simplicity. We reported a ring around the Rocca di Perti. Use the following descriptions as hints and remember to turn on your gps!
Main car parks, continue along the dirt road. Just before the olive grove there is a path starting on the left where there is a boulder with the sign “Rocca di Perti”.
This one leads to Area A.
Continue the road, Parete delle gemme on the left, and at the left hairpin bend path detaching on the right leading to Area C (stone with OASI sign).
Reach the end of the road at the barrier.
On the left the path leads to Area B.
Go over the barrier and walk for 200 meters. The road gets larger and then there is a path starting on the left towards Area D.
Continue the dirt road to the dismantled quarry. There is a path going South to Area E.
A
Walk this way to reach a final junction. Right to Falesia dei tre porcellini. Left to Settore settentrionale di Perti, La cengia degli androidi (smooth ramp on the right in the middle of the Settore settentrionale) and to get to the North part of the ring.
From the top ring, go South towards Bric della Croce. After less than 200 meters there is a path going right heading to Perti versante Nord. Go straight to reach Tigrotto, Grotto di Perti and Cengia degli Urucchi (250 meters).

The path then has a junction. Keep the right to sectors Ombre blu, while left to Falesia degli dei, L’olimpo and Settore centrale di Perti (keep always the right and there is a steel cable). Continue going up to reach, after some iron steps, the lower part of Il giardino (also trail to get here from North in topo).

Continue this path to reach Eku 28, Coda di lupo and Placca dell’oasi.
D
This path leads to the central part of Placca Piotti, extending both on left and right. Go left to reach Testa dell’elefante and then Grottino di Perti. Take the steep path going down on the left to Pancia dell’elefante (fixedropes).
E
Go South and after 200 meters get to Scimmiodromo. Continue South and reach a stone wall with the sign “Lucertola Gabbiano”. Go left for the two sectors (fixed rope to get to Gabbiano). These sectors can be reached also by starting from the South car park by taking the path starting on the back of the church (quarry indications).
F
From the South car parks go North on the road and reach the San Benedetto church. Look on the left for the trace. Follow the trail in the topo to reach in a while Billy Budd sector.
