No special access issues
🚗 Arrival:
Coming from Arco, head to the center of Bolognano, then take the uphill road on the right of the church. Stay on the main road that goes right, then there is another bend to the left with directions towards Monte Velo / Località Gazzi.
Just drive following the main road for exactly 3.6 km. Here the main road continues with a hairpin bend going right. There is a forest road with a barrier starting from the bend and you have to park here nearby. Please do not obstruct the forest road.
🚶♂️ Sectors:
Go over the barrier and follow the forest road for 180 meters, then take the path on the left with red dots (“Anello medium” Garda trek) by a big boulder. Go slightly downhill and follow this path signed by some stone pillars that after about 270 meters leads to the base of Ir superiore sector. The left part of this wall is a small sport route sector.
Continue walking slightly downhill, then take the path on the left to quickly reach the first route of Ir inferiore sector (Via del gufetto inside a cracked dihedral).
To get to Pezol, continue walking along the Ir superiore sector reaching the sport routes sector and a path junction. Take the left path with a small light blue dot that goes uphill.
Continue along the forest until you reach a small clearing. Keep right here and continue following the small blue dots that leave the main trail at some point (keep the gps on to not miss the correct trace). 30 minutes from the car park to reach the wall.
Note that the first part of the Pezol approach is also the descent path of Ir sectors routes.
