A beautiful group of rocks, made up of several small sectors which extend for around 200 meters at different levels on a wooded slope on the right bank of the Vesdre. Oriented to the southwest, the rocks are 5 to 15 meters high. The rock is excellent, fairly white limestone. The wall is very varied, from slab to horizontally overhanging.
The Paroi de la Grotte is 12 meters high and is vertical limestone of good quality, without bolted routes. You can belay it from above if necessary.
The Pillier de gauche offers only one route on old bolts. If you go up the slope here, you will pass an overhanging wall of ± 8 meters high containing two routes. Slightly to the right, higher in the forest, is a beautiful rock wall on which you can also belay from above.
At the top is the Barre supérieure de la Grotte on which a number of boulders have been opened. The wall is very varied, from slab to horizontally overhanging. This has one of the best boulders in Belgium, a beautiful highball named 'The World is African'. A must try but bring some pads and a spotter!
