JUPITER is one of the main sectors in Leonidio with mostly slightly overhanging, looong lines, with easier slab upper parts following crimps and tons of pockets. Most routes are between 6b+ and 7c and the strongest argument to pay this fantastic wall a visit is the northern exposure resulting in shade all day long.
SATURNO is the most right elongation of Kokkinovrachos and similar in style to its well received neighbor Jupiter. Additionally you can find tufas and overhangs besides the big amount of slabs and vertical lines. More climbers are needed to fine-clean the routes but this will happen over time anyways.
JUPITER: Thor from Berlin started the wall back in 2017 with equipping the first line there, Aufzug zum Olymp. During summer of the same year Team Remy (Remy brothers plus a hand full of their mates ?) bolted the next couple of lines there, basically a good third of the wall. Bernd and two frenchies continued to work on the sector autumn, winter of the same year and in the span of three more years Bernd finished to equip the missing lines, and added two great extensions. In the last and only proper working maintenance program in Leonidio, Simon and Micha cleaned the whole right part of the wall and made the whole experience more safe just before the sector started to be more and more attractive to a bigger amount of climbers.
SATURNO: Carol, Bernd and Daila found the wall back in 2019 but on the very same day also what later became Cemetery gates. Always having it in the back of our minds nothing happened there until Markos stumbled across the wall the same way as we found it back than, by checking the other side of the valley and realizing that there is more hidden than expected. He started the equipping at the end of 2023 and continued in spring 2024.
