Sengio Rosso stands out like a luminous, reddish gem set in the green slopes of Monte Baldo, visible from the plains below. Its name, derived from the Italian word for red ("rosso"), reflects the distinct color of its walls.
Sengio Rosso comprises two sectors, offering over 100 routes ranging from 5 to 8c, with the majority of climbs around grade 6.
• The main sector is truly spectacular. The climbing here is fingery, technical, and pumpy on the more difficult routes, while the easier ones feature many cracks and large pockets. The average route length is 30 meters, with some multi-pitch options available. The rock quality is excellent. Having good endurance and technique is essential to fully enjoy climbing on these walls.
• Sengetto is a smaller sector located along the trail to the main one. It features easier, shorter routes and is less frequented. However, be cautious of the anchors as they are somewhat aged.
Situated about 800 meters above sea level, the best climbing conditions are during the mid-seasons and winter, provided the sun is shining.
The approach is lengthy but worthwhile: it takes about 35 minutes to reach Sengetto and 45 minutes to reach the main sector of Sengio Rosso.
Part of the area lies on private property, so we kindly ask climbers to show maximum respect.

Sengio Rosso si distingue come una gemma luminosa e rossastra incastonata nei verdi pendii del Monte Baldo, visibile dalle pianure sottostanti. Il suo nome riflette il colore distintivo delle sue pareti.
Sengio Rosso comprende due settori e offre oltre 100 vie che vanno dal 5 all'8c, con un focus particolare attorno al grado 6.
• Il settore principale è davvero spettacolare. L'arrampicata è tecnica e di resistenza sulle vie più difficili, mentre quelle più facili presentano molte fessure e grossi buchi. La lunghezza media delle vie è di 30 metri, con alcune linee multi-pitch. La qualità della roccia è eccellente. Avere una buona resistenza e tecnica è essenziale per godere appieno di queste pareti.
• Sengetto è un settore più piccolo situato lungo il sentiero verso quello principale. Presenta vie più facili e più corte ed è meno frequentato. Prestare attenzione alle soste poiché sono un po' datate.
Sengio è situato a circa 800 metri sul livello del mare. Le migliori condizioni per arrampicare si trovano durante le mezze stagioni e durante l'inverno a condizione che ci sia il sole.
L'approccio è lungo ma ne vale la pena: ci vogliono circa 35 minuti per raggiungere Sengetto e 45 minuti per raggiungere il settore principale di Sengio Rosso.
Parte dell'area si trova su proprietà privata, quindi chiediamo gentilmente agli arrampicatori di mostrare il massimo rispetto.
