No special access issues
You can either park directly next to the asphalt road or continue on the gravel/mud road, until you approach a bigger field with a sign that cars are not permitted further.
From there, walk down the road. There is a turn, but you continue on a rough trail through a grassy field. Keep to the right and head down towards the lake. You pass between the rock and an old gated area by a pebble beach. Continue along the track and you will find the climbing sector at the last rock.
