Fantastic rock, crappy approach.
Park your car on the service road. Cross the road and walk with the lake on your left hand side. It’s best if you take the high ground and walk over the hill as opposed to right beside the water. Walk until you descend into a swampy area with small water streams. Follow the streams away from the lake and you will see the cliff on your left, on the other side of the streams. Don’t cross over as soon as you see it. Keep walking till you arrive at a large, fallen tree. Use it as a bridge.
