No special access issues
From the main car park at Shek O beach, walk south along the beach to its far corner and then scramble around the coastline (includes some easy up and down climbs but not really suitable for young kids etc.). The first area (Impossible Dream Wall) is reached in about 5 minutes. Note: High tides and big swells can block the approach.
