No special access issues
Accessing to Keinumäki block may not be the fastest, but it's easy and straight forward. There is a 4 hour free parking lot located at Hakalantie, which is marked as the official parking for this crag. Walking to the block from parking area takes about 10-15 minutes. While this is more than most have used in Helsinki region, plus side of this is that you can enjoy beautiful rural landscape while walking to the crag.
Getting Keinumäki by public transportation is also possible. The closest bus stops called Pasterinkatu are along the road called Viikintie. The bus stops are H3534, H3535 and the buses that stop there are 550, 78, 506 and 57. More info how to get there by bus can be found here: https://www.hsl.fi/en
