Yet another beta video... This could have some value though, since most of the moves are different from what I've seen. I wore a kneebar pad mainly to save skin, the knee scums are bomber either way.

Riss, 6Bby Øystein Sture • about 1 year agoA bit difficult to get a good camera angle, primarily used right foot with knee bent inwards on lower right foothold prior to switching to left. Probably much nicer ways to do this with better footwork
