Vlychada (locally “Akra Vathy Avlaki”)
About 33.2 km south of Kyparissi lies Vlychada. Don’t be fooled by the distance, driving here takes roughly an hour. Your goal is the small village of Richea. In the village, turn left at the sign “Βλυχάδα, 8 km” (Vlychada). A winding paved road will then lead you straight to paradise.
To reach the wall, pass left around the white house located at the beach.
Hidden Gem: Stay to the right of the dry riverbed that comes down from the same canyon as sector Vlychada. The path winds through dense, overgrown vegetation with a jungle-like feel. Consider helping with maintenance by cutting back growth where necessary.
Balogeri: Leave the access road higher up, shortly after the descent to the sea begins. Look for the only notable crossroad among old olive fields, leading south. Park near the unfinished house and start your approach. Follow the dirt road until it dead-ends, cross the bay/beach area, and then ascend the opposite side to reach the sector, which remains visible throughout the approach.
