Highly satisfying process of finding the solutions (no, my climbing shoes were not missing..) and small details. Unfortunately this one really eats your left hand fingertips.

Wonderful line with powerful start and technical jump. I had no reference points that autumn, but somehow it felt about 7C+. It was a good bouldering day and the forecasted rain didn't come until we were walking to the car.

Really good moves and rock quality. Nice autumn conditions.

Intensive old school sport route with some painful holds.

Big project! So many working days 2010-2012, but then I wasn't fit enough for the route. Training endurance and openhand strength during the last winter made some surprising difference. Finetuned beta, a mix of own ideas and tips from many other climbers. To make clipping the anchor safer, I placed a cam before the last moves.

Great line! Almost the reason why I moved to Tampere... Killer heelhook-beta and perfect friction. The difficulty felt quite same as Beta Life direct in Siiri, but Painajainen needed less work and tries. Either Beta Life direct is more like 8A than 7C+, or Painajainen is soft.

Hard. Probably 2nd ascent. Over 10 days of work. Andy's first ascent made that "super hard" line suddenly mentally possible.

Sitstart. Absolutely brilliant old school line! Climbed stand start vappuna 2007 as my first 7A+. Ss was supposed to be natural next step in grade career... but finally it took 7 seasons to complete the ss. I think sitstart is at least 7B+.

Probably first free ascent. In spring 2013 it was time to explore some new territory at Olhava. Before that Olhava had offered me beautiful and memorable climbing experiences for 14 years. The name is borrowed from a boulder route at Palkkivehmas.
