No special access issues
To go to "Cala Varques" ("Cala Barques" as you can read in other guides is wrong, it is a very different place and in another town, nothing to compare with the famous DWS) from Palma, you have to take the road MA-15 direction "Manacor". After about 45 minutes we will reach that town, and then we will have to take the Ma-4015 road direction until we reach an intersection with a stop signal. There we turn left and park in large parking on the right turn (on the map parking area indicated), or park the car correctly because we risk a fine (DON'T PARK THE CAR INVADING THE ROAD). Don't leave anything of value in the car.
From there, we walk back towards the intersection mentioned above with the car, but before we reach it there is a wide road on the left, which we must follow until we reach an iron barrier (DO NOT BE YOU CAN PARK ON ALL THIS WAY BECAUSE IT IS PROHIBITED, EVEN IF YOU SEE CARS). We cross the barrier and walk along the dirt road for a while until we reach the cove, where the walls of DWS are to the left.
Go very early in summer, usually very full of cars and people.
